Course
Develop rigorous, standards-compliant engineering design capabilities — from concept through detailed design and design review.

[Placeholder — replace with real copy] This three-day seminar covers modern engineering design best practices for process facilities. Drawing on industry standards (ISO, ASME, IP), real case studies, and facilitated workshops, delegates explore the full design lifecycle from concept and FEED through to detailed engineering and inter-discipline review. Particular attention is given to common design errors, their consequences, and how structured processes prevent costly rework and safety incidents.
Prerequisites
Delegates should hold an engineering degree or equivalent and have at least 3 years of relevant design or technical experience.
Who should attend
Senior process engineers, lead designers, and project engineers responsible for engineering deliverables on capital projects. Equally relevant for owner-operator engineering teams and EPC project leads.
Sarah Chen — Process Engineering Lead
